We have rental cars available on-site at each of our three locations through Enterprise Rent-A-Car®. Insurance companies will only pay for a rental car if you have that option on your policy or if you are the claimant. Check your policy and/or call your insurance company to find out more information about your rental coverage and any limitations.
The amount of time it takes to repair your vehicle depends on the severity of the damage and level of repairs needed. Once you receive your estimate from an Alioto’s team member, please ask how long your repair will take to complete once you drop off your vehicle. We strive to have your vehicle repaired and back to you in a timely manner. Repairs can get delayed as a result of finding additional damage or waiting for information from your insurance company. We will keep you updated if additional time is needed.
